On December 12th, Disney+ will premiere not just the docuseries, but also a full concert film, "Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour: The Final Show," capturing Swift's last performance at BC Place in Vancouver. And this is the part most people miss: this concert film will feature, for the very first time, the entire set of Swift's album "The Tortured Poets Department," which she released during the tour.
Both the docuseries and the concert film were announced on "Good Morning America," the very platform where Swift first revealed the Eras Tour back in 2022. Since then, the tour has shattered records, grossing over $2 billion in ticket sales and attracting over 10 million fans.
It even spawned a documentary, "Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour," which became the highest-grossing concert film of all time, according to Guinness World Records. And now, a special version, "Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour (Taylor's Version)," is available for streaming on Disney+.
Swift herself has described the Eras Tour as the "most challenging thing" she's ever done, yet it also inspired her latest album, "The Life of a Showgirl." This album, her 12th, dropped in October 2025 and set new records, becoming Spotify's most-streamed album in a single day that year.
