Ryan Preece Eyes Las Vegas Victory: Momentum, Growth, and 2026 Ambitions | NASCAR Cup Series (2025)

Get ready for an exciting finale as Ryan Preece gears up for the last stretch of the NASCAR Cup Series season!

The Road to Redemption

Ryan Preece and his team are on a mission, and they're bringing their A-game to Las Vegas. With a fresh perspective and a new partnership, they're determined to finish the season on a high note and carry that momentum into the new year.

"The ROVAL race was a turning point for us. It helped us get back on track and out of that slump. Now, with Crumbl Cookie and Sysco on board, we're excited to show what we can do," Preece shared.

And with four upcoming races at his favorite tracks, Preece is confident they can deliver some impressive results.

A Season of Growth and Consistency

Looking back at the 2025 season, Preece reflects on the remarkable growth and consistency his team has achieved.

"It's been an incredible journey. As a first-year team, we've shocked many with our progress. We've focused on being consistent and making steady improvements, and I'm proud of what we've accomplished," he said.

While a win would have guaranteed their spot in the playoffs, Preece sees the bigger picture.

"Even without a win, we'd still be in a solid position. I believe we'd be in the top 12, which is an excellent foundation for an even stronger season next year. It's all about perspective and controlling what we can," he added.

The Power of Experience and Self-Awareness

Preece attributes his growth to experience and self-awareness. Coming from a diverse racing background, he understands the importance of simplifying his role and focusing on his strengths.

"Perspective is everything. I've had to wear different hats throughout my career, from race car driver to mechanic. It's been a journey of self-discovery and learning to adapt. Working with Brad and Chris has been instrumental in my growth. They've helped me see things from a different vantage point, and I feel like I've made significant progress this year," he explained.

A Unique Partnership

Preece's partnership with Brad Keselowski has been a game-changer. As a teammate, mentor, and co-car owner, Keselowski has had a profound impact on Preece's career.

"Working with Brad has been an incredible experience. His stories and career path have so many similarities to mine. It's a reminder of the hard work it takes to get to this level. I've learned so much from him, and it's been a privilege to work alongside him. My goal moving forward is clear: I want to win. I've won in every series I've competed in, and I won't settle for anything less," Preece emphasized.

Las Vegas: A Strong Track Record

Las Vegas has been a lucky charm for Preece this season. In March, he finished an impressive third, one of his top-five finishes in 2025. With cooler temperatures and valuable insights from his spring run, Preece believes they can replicate, if not surpass, that performance.

"Las Vegas is a unique track. It's one of the faster mile-and-a-half tracks with a lot of character. The bumps in turns one and two can be challenging, but there are multiple ways to find speed. It's a track that drivers love, and I think we have a real shot at winning," he said.

The Final Stretch

As Preece prepares for the South Point 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, he's aiming to close the gap with his RFK Racing teammate, Chris Buescher, who currently holds the 17th position in the Cup standings.

"We're one step ahead of where we were in March. I believe we have the potential to win, and that's our goal. We're going to give it our all and see what happens," Preece concluded.

And this is where it gets interesting... Will Preece and his team secure that much-desired win? Stay tuned to find out!
